Are your products made fresh?

Yes. Every bottle is made to order in small batches to ensure peak freshness, flavour, and quality.

 


What is your processing time?

Our standard processing time is approximately 7 business days.
This allows us to carefully brew, ferment, and prepare your order.

Please note:
Processing time does not include shipping time.

 


How long does shipping take?

Shipping time varies depending on your location and the courier service selected at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details to monitor delivery.

 


How is my order delivered?

For some of our Original flavour, customers have the option to select chilled or non-chilled shipping at checkout, depending on your preference and intended use. As it can be used as a starter for your own creations, this flexibility allows you to choose what works best for you.

All other flavours are shipped in chilled temperature packaging to maintain freshness and quality during transit.

 


Why must it be kept refrigerated?

Our kombucha is unpasteurised, meaning it contains live cultures and active fermentation.

To maintain quality and safety:

  • Keep refrigerated at all times

  • Avoid leaving at room temperature

  • Consume before the use-by date printed on the bottle

Because it’s alive, it’s best enjoyed fresh.
